In this article published in EL PAÍS, four professionals explain whether sprays, nasal strips, and oral or postural devices help prevent snoring. Among the interviewees, I had the pleasure of participating and offering my opinion on these urgent issues for preventing conditions such as obstructive sleep apnea.
