Les comparto una publicación que hice junto a otros investigadores hace 5 años sobre  la terapia miofuncional (TM) como opción terapéutica con eficacia demostrada para el tratamiento de los trastornos respiratorios del sueño. En dicha publicación evaluamos la aplicación clínica de una nueva aplicación de salud móvil para que los pacientes con AOS pudieran realizar ejercicios orofaríngeos interactuando con su dispositivo móvil. Esa práctica está vigente y es una alternativa eficiente que mejora los síntomas de dicha enfermedad.

I'm sharing a publication I co-authored with other researchers five years ago on myofunctional therapy (MT) as a proven effective therapeutic option for treating sleep-disordered breathing. In this publication, we evaluated the clinical application of a new mobile health app that allowed patients with OSA to perform oropharyngeal exercises using their mobile device. This practice is currently in use and is an effective alternative that improves the symptoms of this disease.
