The clinical utility of home polysomnography in children with neuromuscular disorders is limited by the lack of evidence to reliably identify sleep-disordered breathing and the inability to diagnose hypoventilation due to the lack of carbon dioxide measurement. This study aimed to determine the feasibility, accuracy, and parental satisfaction with home polysomnography performed with a portable type 2 monitoring device and a transcutaneous CO2 monitor.
