Polysomnography remains the gold standard for the diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), but cannot be easily performed in a timely manner within a craniomaxillofacial surgeon's practice. Therefore, in this systematic review and meta-analysis, we aimed to identify radiographic indicators that could predict the diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).
