The following systematic review aimed to determine the clinical utility of various physical examination findings in the diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). This review was conducted by searching English-language articles identified in the PubMed, Embase, CENTRAL, and Web of Science databases. Search terms included "sleep apnea," "physical examination," "polysomnography," and all relevant synonyms.
