Myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1) is a rare neuromuscular disorder characterized by respiratory dysfunction that significantly affects quality of life and longevity. This study aimed to explore the results of pulmonary function tests and sleep-disordered breathing (SDB) assessments in children with DM1 and to identify factors that contribute to SDB.
