Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is now recognized as a multifactorial disorder caused by several endotypes that differ between individuals and patient populations. To understand the current clinical implications of OSA endotypes, the following review aims to examine the current state of endotype measurement, endotype modification, and their impact on clinical/prognostic outcomes.
