Los ensayos pivotales reportados (STAR, DREAM y OSPREY) muestran respuestas cl\u00ednicas s\u00f3lidas, con reducciones significativas en la mediana del \u00edndice de apnea-hipopnea (de 24,3-34,3 a 6,8-11,0 eventos\/hora) y en la escala de somnolencia de Epworth, manteniendo un perfil de seguridad favorable. Esta expansi\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica abre una v\u00eda prometedora para la selecci\u00f3n personalizada seg\u00fan la anatom\u00eda, el IMC o las caracter\u00edsticas del colapso de la v\u00eda a\u00e9rea del paciente.
