Mar\u00eda Alfonso Im\u00edzcoz pone el dedo en la llaga sobre un problema de salud p\u00fablica que vemos a diario en nuestras consultas de Otorrinolaringolog\u00eda y Medicina del Sue\u00f1o: la preocupante banalizaci\u00f3n de la Apnea Obstructiva del Sue\u00f1o (AOS). La AOS es el segundo trastorno del sue\u00f1o m\u00e1s frecuente, pero sigue estando masivamente infradiagnosticada. Los datos de regiones como Navarra, donde ya hay 10,000 personas dependientes de una CPAP, reflejan el impacto real de esta epidemia silenciosa que no para de crecer debido al aumento de la obesidad y los malos h\u00e1bitos de descanso.
