Entre los motivos m\u00e1s habituales se encuentran la necesidad de ir al ba\u00f1o, cambios en la temperatura corporal, exposici\u00f3n a ruidos o luz, alteraciones hormonales y dolores cr\u00f3nicos. Among the most common reasons are the need to use the bathroom, changes in body temperature, exposure to noise or light, hormonal imbalances, and chronic pain. Furthermore, aging increases the likelihood of sleep disruptions due to changes in circadian rhythms and sleep structure.
