El estudio es una colaboraci\u00f3n entre Imperial College Health Partners; Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, Londres, Reino Unido; y Eli Lilly and Company (Lilly).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New research to be presented at this year&#8217;s European Congress on Obesity (ECO 2026, Istanbul, Turkey, May 12-15) shows that people with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) have a 71% increased risk of cardiovascular events (CVD) or death from any cause (all-cause mortality) compared to those without OSA.
