Un nuevo estudio multic\u00e9ntrico dirigido por investigadores de la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad de Washington en San Luis y del Centro de Medicina de Michigan (Estados Unidos) revela que los problemas respiratorios durante el sue\u00f1o son un problema generalizado, pero a menudo indetectable, entre beb\u00e9s con espina b\u00edfida. A new multicenter study led by researchers at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and the University of Michigan Medical Center reveals that sleep-disordered breathing is a widespread but often undetected problem among infants with spina bifida. The study, published in \u2018Pediatrics\u2019, raises the possibility that early treatment could significantly improve cognitive development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
