Estos puntos abarcan todas las capas de la poblaci\u00f3n, sin importar la edad, el sexo o el estado cl\u00ednico de las personas. Est\u00e1n adem\u00e1s alineados a organismos internacionales y la evidencia cient\u00edfica, son una propuesta que, en caso de adoptarse, tendr\u00e1 un impacto positivo en toda la sociedad.<br>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<br>The following article addresses the eight key points of SEPAR&#8217;s Sleep Health Strategy, which aim to improve the quality of life and health of Spaniards. These points encompass all segments of the population, regardless of age, sex, or clinical status.
