La intervenci\u00f3n temprana es crucial para mitigar estas consecuencias. La terapia miofuncional (TM) se ha consolidado como una modalidad de tratamiento, especialmente en ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os, para abordar la AOS. Esto subraya la importancia de la detecci\u00f3n e intervenci\u00f3n tempranas por parte de odontopediatras y otros profesionales de la salud que interact\u00faan frecuentemente con las estructuras orales y faciales pedi\u00e1tricas. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo investigar el conocimiento, las actitudes y las pr\u00e1cticas de los odontopediatras libaneses con respecto a la AOS pedi\u00e1trica y la TM.<br>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<br>Obstructive apnea of \u200b\u200bthe child (OSA) in childhood is an important health problem with possible adverse effects on daytime operation, behavior, education and general distress. Temporary intervention is crucial to mitigate these consequences. The functional therapy (TM) has been consolidated as a treatment modality, especially for small children, to address OSA. This includes the importance of early detection and intervention by odontopediatras and other health professionals who frequently interact with pediatric oral and facial structures.
