Tambi\u00e9n puede deberse a apnea obstructiva del sue\u00f1o, ya que durante esas horas los m\u00fasculos respiratorios se relajan m\u00e1s y pueden producirse microdespertares por bloqueo de las v\u00edas a\u00e9reas. It can also be due to obstructive sleep apnea, since during these hours the respiratory muscles relax more, and micro-awakenings can occur due to blocked airways.
