La apnea obstructiva del sue\u00f1o (AOS) es un trastorno com\u00fan caracterizado por hipoxia intermitente y fragmentaci\u00f3n del sue\u00f1o, evaluado mediante el \u00cdndice de Apnea-Hipopnea (IAH). La inflamaci\u00f3n sist\u00e9mica es fundamental para la progresi\u00f3n de la AOS, y el \u00edndice de respuesta inflamatoria sist\u00e9mica (IRSI) se ha convertido en un posible biomarcador de enfermedades inflamatorias. Este estudio investiga la relaci\u00f3n entre el IRSI y la gravedad de la AOS, comparando otros marcadores inflamatorios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a common disorder characterized by intermittent hypoxia and sleep fragmentation, assessed by the Apnea-Hypopnea Index (AHI). Systemic inflammation is critical for the progression of OSA, and the Inflammatory Systemic Response Index (ISRI) has emerged as a potential biomarker for inflammatory diseases. This study investigates the relationship between the ISIRI and OSA severity, comparing other inflammatory markers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
