A pesar de su relevancia cl\u00ednica, la prevalencia de AOS entre pacientes con FA y las estrategias diagn\u00f3sticas utilizadas siguen siendo heterog\u00e9neas entre los estudios, lo que complica el cribado y las v\u00edas de tratamiento. El siguiente estudio es una revisi\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica con el objetivo de sintetizar la evidencia reciente sobre la prevalencia de AOS en poblaciones con FA y evaluar cr\u00edticamente los m\u00e9todos de diagn\u00f3stico y las estrategias de cribado empleadas en estudios cl\u00ednicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a highly prevalent and underdiagnosed sleep disorder with significant cardiovascular implications, especially in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF). Despite its clinical relevance, the prevalence of OSA among patients with AF and the diagnostic strategies used remain heterogeneous across studies, complicating screening and treatment pathways.
