The Spanish Ministry of Health, through the RedETS (Spanish Network of Health Technology Assessment Agencies), has officially recognized the therapeutic value of oropharyngeal exercises in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).<\/p>\n<p>Our app, Airway Gym, has been cited in this national health report as a valid therapeutic tool\u2014especially for patients who cannot tolerate CPAP, and as a complement to improve adherence to treatment.<\/p>\n<p>This recognition validates years of clinical research and perseverance. I am deeply grateful to everyone who has contributed to this journey. A very special thanks to Dr. @josemariaignaciogarcia, whose support and collaboration were essential in making this possible.<\/p>\n<p>We will keep working harder than ever.
