The article \"Mouth-taping: Risks of Mouth-Taping for Sleeping\" addresses the dangers of a popular practice for improving nighttime breathing: the use of tape or bandages to keep the mouth closed during sleep. The potential risks of this practice and the need for healthier ways to improve breathing at night have been raised, in which I have suggested practicing orofacial myofunctional therapy exercises.
