Eighty percent of patients with blood pressure of unknown cause suffer from OSA. This patient whose case we treat and share, with a cerebral infarction and incoercible blood pressure, had a lingual frenulum and an IOPI value of 0 with severe OSA undiagnosed until our consultation.
