In this technique, \"reposition\" the tissues responsible for pharyngeal collapse. It presents an easy to carry and postoperative that there is no removal of tissue such as uvulopalatopharyngoplasty. The patient is incorporated into their normal lives within 7 days. We decided to learn it and we stay with Dr Cahali in Sao Paulo practicing and knowing how to do it.
