The objective of the following study I am sharing was to investigate the effect of different doses of the combination of acetazolamide and dronabinol (Aceta-Dro) on obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) endotypes and their relationship with OSA severity. The key findings were that medium and high doses of Aceta-Dro primarily reduced OSA severity by decreasing loop gain, while the efficacy of the low dose was due to improved airway collapsibility.
