Hypoxia, a factor contributing to morbidity and mortality in patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA)

One factor contributing to morbidity and mortality in patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is hypoxia. The goal of this research, which I share, was to identify the percentage of sleep time with oxyhemoglobin desaturation below the 90% cutoff (Tc90%), at which the most significant changes occur in the systemic metabolome of patients with OSA.
