Prone positioning is one of the most widely used treatment options for infants with Robin sequence (RS), but its effectiveness and safety with respect to the increased risk of sudden infant death syndrome are controversial. In this prospective randomized crossover study, the effects of prone versus supine positioning on obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) were investigated using polygraphy.
