This paper analyzes the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in the detection of OSAS, specifically using polysomnography data. According to the studies analyzed, AI models can accurately predict the risk of OSAS. Therefore, machine learning methods are promising in the review of snoring sounds and facial images for the diagnosis of OSAS.
