We have participated with Dr. Guillermo Plaza of the Hospital Universitario La Zarzuela in Madrid, in the production of this article which has been published in MDPI web page. The main author is Patrick McKeown, from whom I learned the Buteyko method of breathing in London and whose teaching has helped me to improve the quality of life of my patients.
